All collections case data is backed up off-site immediately upon input to our system and all files are accessible from any computer with an internet connection--we have the ability to work your claim from around the globe.

All documents within our office are converted to electronic (.pdf) files and uploaded to our system making access easy, convenient and less prone to error. 

The firm maintains a relationship with an IT manager who has received the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Net+. Our IT manager also has almost ten years of experience within the collections industry and oversees the firm's use of all office technology and skiptracing on client accounts.
