We are happy to schedule a telephone consultation or an in-office meeting to further discuss the details of your case with you, but keep in mind that usually, an in-office consultation is often more productive.

We do charge a nominal fee for both telephone and in-office consultations.

The consultation fee is $100 for forty-five (45) minutes of attorney time and must be paid in advance. Once the consultation fee is paid, there are some information-gathering forms that we will need prior to the consultation so that we can make the most of our time together. When you book your appointment, those forms will be provided to you, generally via e-mail in PDF format (however, we are happy to fax or mail documents to you if needed).

All communications without our office are completely confidential, even your consultation. Rest assured that your personal business will remain just that--personal. If you choose to hire us, we will use your consultation notes to build your initial file. If you do not choose to hire us, your consultation notes and records will be shredded by a professional document shredding company that services our office.
