At the Davis Law Firm in Birmingham, Alabama, you'll not only have my attention when you are here, you will also have my attention when you're not in my office because my staff and I understand that until your case is resolved, it's likely you'll think of little else.

I handle divorce cases, but I am not a divorce factory. I limit the number of cases I take on so that I can provide personal service. Client care is my number one priority. As your lawyer, I will manage the details your case so you can sleep at night and get on with your life. I will give you honest answers to your questions about divorce and represent your interests to the best of my ability.

I focus my law practice on family issues such as divorce, child custody and visitation rights, child support, spousal maintenance, and division of marital property and debts. By limiting my practice to the areas of law I know well, I believe I can provide you a higher level of service.

As a small, concentrated practice, I will handle most aspects of your family law case personally from beginning to end. While there are many questions that can be answered by my legal assistant, I am available to you in those times when you need the advice of your attorney. 

My law office is located in the Mountain Brook Center on Hwy 280 in Birmingham, directly across the street from the Hampton Inn in Mountain Brook. Ample free parking is available and in the case of inclement weather, there is covered parking as well.
